Install Klipper, Moonraker and Mainsail on the Dell Wyse 3040

Setting up Klipper, Moonraker, and Mainsail on the Dell Wyse 3040 Thin Client is a straightforward process, thanks to the use of KIAUH (Klipper Installation And Update Helper). Unlike some other devices, there is no pre-built image available for the Wyse 3040, but KIAUH simplifies the installation and configuration steps significantly.

This guide will walk you through the process of preparing your Wyse 3040, installing the necessary components, and setting up your 3D printer control environment. By following these steps, you can transform this compact thin client into a powerful hub for your 3D printing projects.

Prerequisites

  1. Before you start, ensure you have the following packages installed on your system:
    sudo apt update
    sudo apt upgrade
